Festival des chapelles 2021 - #5 : Bléjean Bro & Quemener
8:30 p.m .: Celtic music concert. Loïc BLÉJEAN (uilleann pipes) and his brother Ronan (accordion) have been two references in Irish music for about thirty years. Unmissable musicians of the Breton scene in many groups (Carré Manchot, Gwazigan, Darhaou, Joa), it is in duo that they express all the energy and emotion of a music that they learned in Ireland , in contact with the greatest artists. They are now among the rare French people to be regularly invited there for concerts or master classes. You can also find them on the brand new album LIVE RECORDINGS VOL. 2, which commemorates the 25 years of the prestigious William Kennedy Festival in Armagh (Ireland).
They are joined on stage by their great friend Nicolas Quémener (guitar and vocals), an artist who is no longer presented in Brittany, and who tours regularly in the United States and Ireland with Kevin Burke's Celtic Fiddle Festival.
